946.0 for burns of multiple specified sites, unspecified degree (there are codes for each separate sites but if you're lazy you can just use this one)

If you have a smart phone, you should download "ICD9 Consult" app.
YOu can easily find codes there and cross reference them with icd9data.com or your icd 9 book.

you can use 698.9 for unspecified pruritic disorder for the itching but you don't really have to code it if the itching is related to the burn wounds healing. I believe you're not suppose to code symptoms when there's a definite diagnosis.

Your provider should also specify the degree of burn.
