Wiki Bx Site?

I seem to be at a loss... one of my providers performed a procedure and the way he has it written has me confused. He has it written as a 'Excisional Bx - SP site' What it appears to be is - removal of the Suprapubic catherter and then excision of the redundate tissue, which was then sent out for pathology. My issue is that I can not seem to locate a procedure code to cover this. Does anyone have any ideas?

I would code using the excision code 1140X with the appropriate closure. If a tumor was found then use 2290X with the appropriate closure.

If he removed enough tissue removed from the abdomen to constitute a panniculectomy/abdominalplasty then use 15830
