Postoperative Diagnosis - Epilepsy.
Procedure -
1. Left frontal bur hole for implantation of depth electrodes.
2. Right frontal bur hole for implantation of depth electrodes.
3. Left occipitotemporal bur hole for implantation of depth electrodes.
4. Right occipitotemporal bur hole for implantation of depth electrodes.
5. Use of neuronavigation.
6. Intraoperative electroencephalogram.
2nd op note:
Postop diagnosis - temporal lobe epilepsy with mesiotemporal sclerosis
Procedure -
1. Left craniotomy for temporal lobectomy with a amygdalohippocampectomy.
2. Use of a microscope.
3. Intraoperative neural navigation.
4. Intraoperative electrocorticography.
