Getting denial for procedures:
65222
65435+92071?

They bundle as follows:

Code 65222(column 1) has a CCI conflict with code 65435(column 2). A modifier is allowed to override this relationship.

Code 65222(column 1) has a CCI conflict with code 92071(column 2). A modifier is allowed to override this relationship.

Thanks

CAN 65756 BE BILLED WITH 66625

66625 is a code for when Iridectomy is a separate procedure.

The coding tip says "This separate procedure by definition is usually a component of a more complex service and is not identified separately. When performed alone or with other unrelated procedures/services it may be reported."

I'm not an Ophthalmology coder.

However, just from reading the description of both codes & knowing that 66625 is specifically earmarked for use as a separate procedure, I feel comfortable saying that these codes likely should not be billed together on the same date for the same eye.
