Wiki Broken Catheter Retrieval

Surgeon went in and retrieved broken catheter pieces from pelvic area via a transverse incision. Any suggestions for a CPT code? Trying to avoid using the unlisted code but I'm not seeing anything else that applies to this situation.

Any help is appreciated.
