DX- left breast mass- clinically epidermal inclusion cyst

Operation :Excision of left breast mass

The left breast was prepped and draped in normal fashion. An incision was made over area for around 2-3 cm . Dissection was carried down to the skin and subcutaneous tissue. The entire mass was removed, which appeared to be a epidermal cyst. It was around 1.5 to 2.0 cm . The wound was closed with 3=0 Vicryl in subcuticular fashion . Steri Strips and sterile dressings were placed .Path report came back as epidermal cyst -706.2
Would this be coded as 19120 or do I go in the 1140x series ? Thanks
