Wiki Breast ultrasound

Good morning, I have a question and would like to get some opinions. If my physician feels a breast mass/lump on exam and sends the patient for a breast ultrasound and the ultrasound doesn't detect any abnormalities, what ICD-10 would you guys use for the ultrasound?

Code the sign/symptom. Not all breast masses are visible on ultrasound.
