Wiki Breast Screening Exams: Dense Breasts

One of our Radiologists is looking for an alternative to Mammography for screening patient's with dense breast tissue. Has anyone had any luck getting payment for a ABUS or Breast MR when performed as a screening exam for dense breasts?
