Wiki Breast Revision after Gynecomastia Surgery

My surgeon performed revision of gynecomastia reduced breast...does anyone know what code that would be? At first I was thinking 91380 but gynecomastia is not reconstructed breast...and most likely female only px...

**peri-areolar incision was made on the breast
**tissue was undermined at the level of pectoralis fascia as well as the in a subdermal plane
**irrigation with warm saline was performed
**deep breast tissue was sutured
