Patient is having breast implants with total capsulectomy performed bilaterally. The patient is then having right mastopexy and left breast reduction performed after capsulectomy, would the codes be 19371-50, 19316-rt and 19318-lt OR 19371-50 and 19380-50 since it is a breast reconstruction?
