Wiki Breast BX

I have a provider that performed a breast bx on each breast with ultrasound guidance. The provider is wanting to bill the ultrasound guidance code 7694226 twice. One for each breast bx. I am unable to find any information stating whether this can be billed more than once on the same day.

Any help would be greatly appreciated....
