Wiki Brain tumor

Hi all-
I am looking for some help finding a dx code. The dx is stated as "brain tumor posterior inferior temporal lobe."
The procedure for this was a Crani for tumor with stealth- which I also need the cpt code for. I believe it may be 61510?
So I guess I really have 2 questions.
Any feedback is greatly appreciated!

If the tumor resected is in the Temporal lobe then it is supratentorial, so yes the crani code is 61510
Your steath code for supra is 61781
You can also add the microscope if used 69990

for the DX you will need a path report
But understand that if the path comes back as meningioma the resection code would change to 61512.
