Does anyone know about coding the follow-up appt to the BRCAnalysis testing? We will go over results and discuss risks for breast cancer, etc. I was wondering about the preventative medicine codes, i.e. 99401. Does anyone have any experience with whether insurance companies cover this? Any help would be appreciated.
