Does anyone know what the code would be for a Boyd Procedure?

Boyd Procedure, right elbow
...incision was made over the lateral epicondyle. The fascia was split in the direction of its fibers and the lateral epicondyle was exposed. the bursa was excised with scar tissue and a third of the annular ligament. the bone was then roughed up under the extensor mechanism for reattachment and the muscle and fascia were re approximated with Tevdek and the skin was closed...

I'd appreciate any feedback on this.

For lateral epicondylitis, I would use 24359 Tenotomy, elbow, lateral or medial, (eg, epicondylitis, tennis elbow, golfer's elbow); debridement, soft tissue and/or bone, open with tendon repair or reattachment.

Documentation: The release of the extensor mechanism ought to be dictated as the insurance company does not have to assume that a tenotomy was performed even though "reattachment" is stated.
