Can anyone help, trying to determine if 64617 and 31599 are both appropriate? Chemodernevation of vocal cords with flexible endoscope guidance.

Did the surgeon use a laryngoscope? If so, then look at 31570. If an operating microscope or telescope was also used, then 31571.

even Botox via channeled laryngoscope?
