Bone health - last DEXA scan 1/31/2019. Normal . Due for repeat DEXA scan

What dx code do you use for normal bone health in an office visit?

What dx code do you use for a repeat DEXA scan - Z13.820 for screening or do use why M85.89?

Any help is appreciated, thank you.
 
If the last DEXA scan was normal, the upcoming one is a screening test. Based on what you've posted, you have no justification to report M85.89.
