I'm relatively new to spinal surgery coding but not to coding overall. Its my understanding that if the surgeon is using local graft, allograft and Grafton that you can code both 20930 and 20936. Is that correct? Also if anyone has any info on either courses or publications relating to coding for spinal surgery I would appreciate the info. Thanks.
