A window over the anterior iliac crest had been sterilely prepped. Small stab incision made and a large quantity of bone graft (bone marrow stem cell graft aspiration and bone spicule graft) including roughly 60 cc was harvested from the ipsilateral anterior iliac crest (posterior to the ASIS) using a graft harvest needle and trocar as per standard technique to maximize the bone graft quality, including several portions of iliac crest bone taken with the harvester in standard fashion. Sterile compressive dressing placed over the harvest site. Graft was prepared and centrifuged to obtain a concentrate, which would later be mixed with OsteoAmp and Augment and Infuse and applied within the prepared arthrodesis/surgical site/s
