I am working for a new lab, as we are now going to do blood samples instead of just urine. Anyone in this specialty have any insight on guidelines for ICD10 do's and don'ts? Any cheat sheets oncommon rules would be welcomed. I have no idea what codes are frequently being denied until we start billing.
