Wiki Blood Draw Fees

We collected blood on a patient and then sent it on to an outside lab. Medicare is denying the blood draw fee, stating that another provider was already paid for this dos. Upon calling Medicare, I was told that I could a 26 or TC modifier. Has anyone else experienced this?
