Flexible cystoscope was advanced under camera guidance into the prostatic urethra. I did again notice a bladder neck contracture. This was clearly evident, but was large enough that i estimated 16-French. I could not pass the cystoscope through without forcing it, so I chose not too.

Even though the provider did not examine the bladder? What about when a provider can not get passed a urethral stricture? Then would a 52 be ok?
