Any advice would be appreciated. I have researched several codes, but don't think they accurately describe what was performed. My doc was asked to assist with a robotic laparoscopic hysterectomy that was converted to an open procedure. I have copied this directly from the op note:
"I instilled saline into Foley balloon to inflate the bladder to delineate the plane, and I dissected sharply the plane posterior to the bladder without any trauma to the bladder itself. Once an avascular plane was created, the case was turned back over to the other doc."
