Wiki Bladder biopsy and fulguration of base - cpt code help

papillary changes of approximately 1cm to area lateral to left ureteral orifice which was biopsied and fulgurated. The bugbee is used to fulgurate the base of the bladder at the biopsy location. Excellent hemostasis is achieved. The biopsy site is observed for 1 minute under low irrigation pressure and no significant bleeding is noted. The cystocope is then removed.

Would this be 52204 or 52234???

I would consider 52234 as it sounds that a biopsy was performed and then the 1 cm lesion was treatewd with fulguration..both biopsy and treatment of a 1 cm bladder lesion. Use diagnosis D49.4
