The physician is documenting 2 procedures 57500 and 58100-51. I feel it should only be 58100.

Can someone lead me in the right direction for this inquiry?

Procedure note:
Cervical biopsy removed endocervical polyp
Endometrial biopsy?2 passes, uterus sounds to 10 cm
