Hi,
New procedure in office Biofeedback training for Fecal, Urge Incontinence. Can anyone can share how do you documented in chart, billing and following visits. And share the insurances reimbursements experiences as outpatient setting.
Any impute will appreciate.

Code 90912 and `+90913 based on time spent. Diagnoses may include N39.3, R15.0, 1, 2, or N39.41. For EMG bill 51784 only when used for diagnosis and not with biofeedback. For a separate ano-rectal manometry, bill separate from biofeedback with 91122. If you perform other physiotherapy services check their definition such as 97014, 97035, 97032, 97110, 97112, 97530, 97535, and bill any one of these services you may provide with biofeedback. You may not do all services every time you do biofeedback.

An other question for you,

if we document internal massage of the pelvic floor muscles, can we do BF for pain? If so, what is the documentation required?
