Patient underwent EGD with Tissel application to the gastric leak and dilation of the GJ anastomotic stricture. Can I bill both 43249 and 43236 at the same time?? What modifier do I need to use?

Yes you can bill 43239 and 43236 use 59 modifier on 43236
