Hi! The newest MLN edition on TCM dated August 2022, has codes that can be billed concurrently with TCM codes 99495-6. On that list it states that the CCM codes 99490 and 99487 can be billed concurrent. My question is...Does the 30 day TCM period have to end before a patient can been seen for CCM services? On months with 31 days I know we could use the 31st day as the billing day for CCM but on the other months would we get denied for CCM if we billed it on the 30 day if that patient was also open to TCM in that same month?
