Wiki Billing separately for midline placement

Our IR providers have been placing midlines for patients scheduled to have certain other radiological procedures (i.e., nuclear med study). Can the hospital bill separately (CPT 36000) for these. Wouldn't it be an inherent part of the primary procedure?
