Wiki Billing Rules for ASC

We are taking on a new client that has an ASC. We are familiar with ASC coding but have no experience with ASC billing and the UB-04 form. Does anyone know of any good references related to ASC billing or is there a consultant out there that we may be able to hire for help? Anything would be appreciated!
