Wiki Billing requirements when the provider is quarantined but the patient is in the office?

Hello,
I am trying to research any/all billing requirements for a provider who is quarantined at home. She would like to see patients remotely via audio and video to render care to the patient who is physically located in the exam room at the health center, however she is quarantined at home. Are there any billing guidelines around this along with requirements on POS, Modifiers, or restrictions?

Thank you. I also contacted CMS who states they do not have any billing requirements at this time, the referred my case to their Provider Research Team to research.
