Wiki Billing question

[NL2022]

We have a Pain Management practice that now has a LCAS (Licensed Clinical Addiction Specialist) to see the patient's for the medication addiction to advise on medication changes. Can we bill the Provider E&M charges with the LCAS charges on the same day?
