We have a female family medicine attending who needs 30 more deliveries before she can deliver on her own. She is a hospital physician, our practice is privately owned. She would be under the hospital's malpractice and TIN. If she shadows our office's providers and participates in some of our deliveries, can we still bill the deliveries as the billing provider on those claims?

If she is shadowing, that means she is with your provider. You would bill your provider's services as normal.
