Has anyone billed Medicaid for a preventative exam (example 99395 dx Z00.00) with POS 12? If so was it paid/allowed? Our Dr's visit mentally disabled children in their homes for their yearly exams. We have been using level e/m's and choosing a diagnosis that goes along with their disability. But we are missing out on the preventative portion of Medicaid and want to try it. Thanks for your help!
