Wiki Billing ov with urine preg test to MS Medicare

Patient comes to confirm pregancy. We billed 99203 with 81025 with dx V72.42(preg test positive result). Medicare has denied both services as noncovered because it is a routine/preventative exam or diagnositic/screening exam done in conjunction with a routine/preventative exam. Should we add modifier? Does MS Medicare pay for urine preg test? All of my research turns up empty.
