Our office is only billing 90471 to Horizon. Horizon denied the claim stating that "The Procedure is not eligible for payment unless billed with the related base or primary procedure." How can we get the 90471 paid is that is the only thing we are doing. Patient bought the Hep A vaccine from the pharmacy and we are just administrating it. Are we billing the correct administation code??
