Wiki billing nurse visit with PPD reading

in peds, how many coders are billing a nurse visit (99211) for just a PPD reading?

As I understand the CPT guidelines, the results are included in the code for a diagnostic service, so I would not report a separate charge just for a reading itself, unless a separate service was performed in addition to this.
