If this is the documentation, would you bill 76813 and 76801, I'm trying to verfiy when it is appropiate to bill the 76801.

EX: Singelton Pregnancy in variable presentation. Expected 12w5d=CRL= 63.9mm=12w5d= EDC 2/23/2013.
HR= 173bpm
NT= 1.8mm

Normal fetal movement and cardiac activity. Fetal anatomy appears appropiate for this gestational age. The nasal bone, open hands, and cervical spine are noted.
The placenta is posterior, low lying at this entry date. The amniotic fluid is normal. Cervix is long and closed. ?Male
XXXX was sent to the lab for blood draw.

To me I would be the 76813 and 76801, my question is for the 76801 would this be appropiate?

Thank you!
