Wiki Billing level 1 office visit with 90471

If a patient is coming in for just an injection (EG: immunization, allergy, B12) can you still bill for 99211?
I currently bill as follows:

90471 admin of vaccination and procedure code for the type of vaccination

96372 for injection of medication (patient supplies)

95115/95117 for allergy injections.

Any help would be appreciated, thank you

No, that would be unbundling.
The administration codes take the place of the nurse visit. The way you're currently billing is correct.
