We are having a bit of a debate here, we do bill for implants, get reimbursed by some insurance companies which have been negotiated by contracts. Our debate is that a physician used a OPUS magnum implant along with a suture wire which was in a suture cartridge, which remains in the patient. Question, do I charge out for both or just the OPUS? My understanding if it goes home, its billable.

If the patient goes home with the implant you can bill it. Now will it get paid thats another story...:)
