Wiki Billing Glucose (82947) pre and post exercise

Can anyone clarify which modifier is truly the appropriate modifier to use if a patient is coming into Cardiac Rehab, has a glucose test pre exercise then has another glucose test post exercise. The physical status of the patient has changed, so is it 59 or 91 mod that should be used? Thanks so much for any help you can give.
