G0008 is a Medicare HCPCS code specific to Medicare Patients for administration of flu vaccination. 90471 is administration of vaccine intradermal. Each of these codes stand alone
In what scenario would you be using the codes together?
Both of these codes are stand alone codes and if a patient is seen in office for anything other than the vaccine (hypertension, diabetes, etc...) then you would apply the 25 modifier to the office visit code(make sure the office visit documentation stands on its own)
