Does anyone know if it is correct coding to bill out "fracture care" for a fracture that is a month old or older?? Any ideas of where to look for answers??? Thanks for any advice!
 
Initial fracture care?

Ortho is NOT my area of expertise, but I have a couple of questions ...

Is this initial fracture treatment? Has patient been walking around with an undiagnosed fracture for a month?

Or is this a complication of a previously treated fracture?
