Hello,
We are billing for vocal cord bulking agents-Radiesse, Restylane, Prolaryn, and now Renu-gel. We are curious as to how other practices are billing for these products-ie: how much above cost are you charging, are you pricing per unit, and how is it being billed? We’ve been using HCPCS but we cannot bill them in our regulated spaces. Most of laryngologists who are using this are billing in unregulated space but we are having issues with reimbursement. I thought I would reach out to see if anyone else is billing, how they’re billing, and if they are having the same issues as us? Thank you in advance for any information you can share.
