Wiki Billing for testing for unseen NP

We had a new patient scheduled and before she was seen by the doctor, we did a drug screen and a psych test on the patient. There was an "incident" in the waiting room which resulted in rescheduling her so she did not see the doctor. I am not sure if I can still bill the testing that was done? Any thoughts?
