Wiki Billing for TB test that's not resulted

Our Family Practice had a patient come in for a TB skin test, 86580, but did not return to have it read. Can we still bill for the administration of the test without a result in the chart?

You could bill it with a 52 modifier to indicate the test was not completed, but you did use the supplies to administer the test.
