I am looking for billing and coding resources for this service. We will be billing for the residential facility, not the professional services. Can anyone provide resources or guidance that will help us understand what H0019 includes, is it a professional charge only or does it cover the facility services, what type of documentation do we need if we can bill it, do we bill it on a UB or CMS-1500 and are we supposed to bill for R&B in addition to this charge?
The Iowa Medicaid Behavioral Health Intervention Services has some information but being new to the service, we're not quite sure how to interpret it.
