Wiki billing for postop pain nerve blocks for Critical Access Hospital

I code for a Critical Access Hospital. I have been asked to do some research and find out if we can bill both the profee and facility fee for anesthesia for doing postop pain nerve blocks that are ordered by the operating surgeon.
