Wiki Billing for Lidocaine Injection

When a physician is doing a joint injection, he injects Lidocaine. I do not see that as a billable code, and could only find it as an IV infusion (J2001). Is there a billable code for a lidocaine injection?
I appreciate any input. Thank you
