Wiki Billing for LADC-credential and coding?

Hello,
I was informed today that we have hired a LADC (Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor).

I have been looking all afternoon and I can't find any information regarding credentialing on a LADC. I don't see the credential included or excluded from any of our payers. Any advice from someone who bills for them?

We are a Rule 29 clinic, I am wondering if this credential is to be billed under supervision?

Also, is this billed using the regular 90791-90846 codes, only with the CD diagnoses? I did find some CD information on the Minnesota DHS website, however I am confused if this is supposed to be billed using CPT psychotherapy codes or HCPC's codes.

Any feedback is greatly appreciated.
