This question is a little too vague, but probably not billable with consult E&M codes 99242-99245 (note 99241 was deleted in 2023).
1) Who is your provider? Is it a physician? CNM? RN?
2) Is it truly a consult, with a request from another clinician, and your clinician providing a report back to the referring provider? 99% of the situations where a clinician calls a service a consult, the service does not meet the CODING definition of consult.
3) What is your clinician's relationship to the referring clinician? Are they part of the same practice?
4) Few, if any payors recognize or pay for consult codes any longer.
5) The answer and coding could vary based on your payor contracts.

Depending on the answers, the services being provided may or may not be billable, but very unlikely to be 99242-99245.
